On the 4th of April, Friends of the Earth Netherlands announces that it will go to court if Shell does not align its plans with the Paris climate agreement. Shell is the largest polluter in the Netherlands and emits two times more CO2 than all of the Netherlands together. Shell is responsible for 2 percent of the historic C02 emissions and that pollution must come to an end.
